How We Work: From Discovery to Delivery
Working with Huaris AI starts with a free discovery call and continues with a written scope. This page explains the steps, who does what at each step, and what determines duration and cost.
From discovery to delivery
The steps are a general framework. They are adapted to the service and the organisation; some steps may be combined or skipped.
1. Discovery call
In a free call we listen to your processes, goals and constraints.
2. Scope and proposal
We clarify the scope, assumptions and success criteria in writing.
3. Design and prototype
We prepare the architecture, the data flow and the evaluation set, and test the prototype.
4. Implementation and rollout
We set up the integration and security controls and take the system live.
5. Handover and sustaining
We hand the system over with documentation and training, and plan follow-up support if needed.
Who does what at each step?
| Step | Huaris AI | What we expect from you |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Listens, asks questions, notes opportunities | Information about processes, goals and constraints; the right contacts |
| Scope and proposal | Prepares the written scope and assumptions | Review and approval |
| Design and prototype | Prepares the architecture, evaluation set and prototype | Real example questions and documents, data access rights |
| Implementation and rollout | Setup, integration and testing | System access, involvement of IT and security teams |
| Handover and sustaining | Documentation, training, follow-up | The team or people who will own the system |
Our working principles
- Assumptions are written down: cost, time and benefit estimates are shared together with the assumptions they rest on.
- We measure before we scale: we first run an evaluation on your real examples, then expand.
- The data flow is documented: which data goes where is set out in writing from the start.
- Scope changes are clarified in writing.
- Replaceable architecture: designed so that you do not depend on a single vendor.
What determines duration and cost?
- Scope: how many use cases and which services are included
- Data: volume, quality, variety of sources and preparation needs
- Integration: the number and complexity of systems to connect
- Security and deployment: Enterprise API, private cloud or on-premise requirements
- Quality target: expected accuracy and the scope of evaluation tests
- Number of users and training needs
Because these factors vary from organisation to organisation, duration and cost are set specifically for you. After the discovery call we clarify the scope, assumptions and an estimated timeline in writing.
Where should you start?
If you are not sure where to start with AI, we suggest starting with AI Strategy and Discovery. It determines with your data which area will bring the highest value. If your goal is clear, you can also start directly with Custom AI Solutions, Product Development, Security and Compliance or Team Training and Prompt Engineering. If you are undecided about models, see Model Selection and Vendor-Independent Advisory and the Technologies page.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the process take?
It depends on scope, data and the number of integrations. After the discovery call we clarify an estimated timeline in writing, together with its assumptions.
How is pricing done?
It depends on scope, data, integration and security requirements. It is clarified in writing after the discovery call.
Can our own team keep the system running after the work ends?
That is our aim. Through documentation, training and handover we aim to bring your team to the point where it can operate the system. If you wish, follow-up support can be planned separately.
Do I need to share my data in the first call?
No. You do not need to share personal or confidential data in the discovery call. We move to working with real data once the necessary agreements and security measures have been discussed.
Let's work together
Let us listen to your processes and goals, and evaluate together where AI can add value.
